host allowing any domain type, php, mysql... any ad type

alright, college project time. among other things, need a host that hosts domains [preferrably any type, like delegating a sub of a domain i already own would be ideal], and then php capable with a mysql database [for the forum part].

the power search left me without the option to search for hosts with mysql databases. ads don't matter. pop-up, banner. just so long as i get it online, not gonna be a money-making site for the public. gotta get a full fledged fake-business-type site. faq, support, services, etc...

i'd use xoasis.com if they supported mysql, they're perfect for hosting any type of url able to be delegated to two nameservers.

any help would rule.
