you need people going to your site and need a crappy add banner which counts how many people go to your site and not he choose the sites which get the domain not worth it

2. Your site must have 150+ visitors per day to qualify for a domain name. Your site must have 600+ visitors per day to qualify for hosting.

3. Your site must be in english, or have an english section. Your site must have actual content. Any under construction or coming soon sites will not be accepted.

4. You must place one advertisement at the top of every page that is part of your site. Visitors must be able to see the advertisement on load, without extra actions. You must use the exact same ad codes provided.

5. In order to generate accurate stats, you must keep our advertisement on your site at all time. We will not be held responsible for losses due to downtime or any other reasons. We normally review applications within five business days after signup.

6. You must be the legal owner of the website you are signing up for. You must provide us with accurate information, to the best of your knowledge.

7. It is your responsibility to make sure your visitors are aware of what happens to the information we collect during their visit. It is required by law that you have a Privacy Statement on your site. An example can be found at http://www.acidmist.com/privacy.asp .

8. We reserve the right to add extra popups or ads if 1) your site is not generating enough traffic 2) our ads are not being displayed correctly.

9. We reserve full rights to the domain name. You do not own it. We are simply redirecting it to your site.

10. We reserve the right to change and update the terms of service. You will be notified by email in advance.

11. In order to recieve our services, you must follow all the terms mentioned above. Failure to so may lead to suspension or complete termination of your account.

Watch, a couple months after you register with them they'll shut off your account and try reselling the domain to you.
If you really want a domain it really is best to pay so you don't have to worry bout things like that.
