i need....

- 20 + megs of space.
- Large file size ( like 3 megs ) [ nothing illigal ]
- File Manager ( if no file manager, cgi-bin and perl )
- Prefered no ads. But ads are fine
- FTP

Yea i know how to instal it. It has an automated install thing with it.
the large file is um.... a movie trailer... lemme go see what it is...

Ok i got the big files hosted soemwhere else.
So ultimatly now all i need is......
