some bastard has been prank calling my house this past week and its really pissing the ---- out of me, we finally got caller ID hooked up and it shows the -----'s number, but before I report it to the telephone company I want to get them back, any tips on programs eg text to speech or anything?

Wait about two months, and then go and grab the yellow pages from the phone book. Set a date, like two weeks from the time you get the phone book, and ring up every place that makes home visits. Ring them all up, like 200 of them, to be at this evil persons place at the same time, on the same day, perferbly a time you KNOW they will be home. Then, on the day, you ring up all the taxi companies and get them to have two cars each at the house at the right time, and order loads of pizzas and stuff, from every place possible. Also, call the police to report a prowler, they'll send the dog unit over. And call the local TV news place to be there, and tell them some weird story that is bound to get them there. Think of something great. Don't forget not to do this from your home phone by the way, cause this many things can get traced back to you pretty easily over phone lines. Anyway, then just sit back and enjoy yourself.
