if you want to host images, you could try using http://www.imgserver.net
for webhosting with "unlimited" bandwidth there's http://www.hostultra.com but they have alot of popups.
http://www.angelfire.com and http://www.tripod.com, both owned by lycos, both give you a choice of banner or popup
