That would require some JavaScript. I think you should try to design your site for all resolutions though (well, from 800x600 up), and not be using client side scripting to do it for you.

Div, i don't believe you need javascript for that, but div is messy depending on the screen resolution. You should probably set it for 800x600 since that is the most used...
