Has freesql.org changed its policy? Quite a while ago I could use it by registering only.

Ok, short and sweet...I'm back from vacation, yes the main MySQL webserver was hung for several days while I was gone. I should not have bragged about my '180 day uptime' should I? Someone ran a Monster Query From Hell ® and the box ran out of memory. Intentional? I don't know. Anyway, there are over 600 pending applications for accounts. I'll begin working through them tonight, oldest first.
Note: I no longer host any databases for web based forums or bulletin boards. FreeSQL.org is intended primarily for developers. I have to manage my limited resources and when necessary I will have to exclude some classes of usage. BBS forums are the first to go. The next step will probably be a query quota system (queries per day) if the system continues to bog down.

But I asked her about the registration process, not the policy.
