Free webhost

I am looking for a free webhost. Here's what I want (please help):

1. Browser upload (FTP is not necessary but a plus)
2. subdomain (sitename.com/membername is ok too)
3. no ads (if it has ads only a host that uses textlinks, an ad at the bottom of the page [not separate frame], a button, basically an ad that is as discreet as possible)
4. legitimate amount of space (10MB+)
5. legitimate amount of bandwith (1GB+)
6. no limit on file size

any other extras...

Everytime somebody asks for something like this, velton always suggests web1000. You'd think they were paying him to.

Web1000 seems like the perfect host, but i've heard that it deletes accounts for no reason, and has porn 404 pages. I haven't tried it though, and i might have to see for myself.

I used Web1000 twice.... twice deleted for no reason and without any notification. A couple of friends told me that my site turned out an excellent porn resourse!

it doesn't have alot of bandwidth though...

Fateback has a 200kb file size limit, 4gigs is a possibility, and Brinkster has 15MB bandwith daily or something

well, there are only small hosts i could say you; i would use fateback they're fast enough and have also enough space.
well, if you can speak german, use www.hamburg.de no ads 20 mb no bandwitdh limit,...it's fast and always online.

why dont you just make your site, upload your files to a storage (come2store.com is perfect) and link them because your never ever EVER gonna find a host with that.

unless you go to www.nerdcities.com HAHAHAHA.

but your gonna end up doing the first idea.

I will check that one out "HAMBURG.DE"even though a similar one I started sometimes in the spring was hitting me with each code savings with a dozen of popUps while editing and while using the file manager. it was such a drag. That freehosts name was
"world-space.de" associated with the "world-webspace.com" and
"world-free.com". Unseen the bunch of MLM and other crap they are offering you can hardly save from dozens of commercial popup windows. It is the worst I have seen ever in the 5 years I am into this.
