After posting in every fourms i know. here i got the answer for u.

News pro is powerful and has nearly all the addon you want.
yes, news pro NEEDs addon, so if you don't want to fiddle around with code, don't use news pro.

News publisher. so far it has all the features most of us want...
it may ( MAY, not it is not ) not perform as well as news pro. but it is easy to set up.

Graymatter..... a balance between both news pro and news publisher..... it looks good to me as i have not try it out myself

I agree with you there on the performance of News Publisher 1.06, because all the news is stored in a flatfile database so after you have quite a lot of news it starts to slow down. News Publisher 2.0.0 however uses a DBM database (much faster) so if you can wait it out for a little while longer, News Publisher 2.0 has the performance and the features.
