Does anyone here know of this program by the same people who own paypopup.com

It's a pop up traffic exchange, i cant seem to remember it's name or url.

I had to edit our site, and accidentally forgot about the account code. Then i remembered i was getting good hits from a pop up exchange from a site affiliated with paypopup.com

anyone know?

P.S im not sure in which forum pop up exchanges goes, so i posted it here. Did i say they dont pay you $$$ for the exchange?
I just like getting the 50% hits back from it ^_^
