    free hosts left that have an extremely fast server, no/tolerable ads, approximately 10 MB, and does domain hosting (is not limited to com/net/org and some foreign domains)?

    Wouldn't GCSNet be a good host for your anime site also?
    But if you don't have 200 hits... Perhaps http://www.hypermart.net would be an alternative?

    Hmm... How about creating a directory in your GCSNet account just for your anime site and ask the admin to redirect the domain there?
