News Script

I am looking for a news script in php that will alow me to insert a story into the database using a form, and have a text link that dynamically appears on the index page of the site. then you click the link and it displays the news on a new page. and preferably one that allows an archive of news stories that can be searched. i have looked all over including hostscripts and have downloaded and installed quite a few and cant find the right one. just wondering if someone knows of one

They have a flat file news system that allows you to have a partial and full story news system. You could use the news headlines as links
