Knee problem =/ desperate need of help

My knee is sooo messed up! i havent done a thing to it, and when i jump around or run, my knee is like...dislocated or something..i dunno, it stings really bad and wont go away until i sit down and move my leg around a bit. Anyone know of a good way to stop it?

btw, ice = not an answer

    thanks

Go to a doctor? Do they have those in your country? We have those here in the USA and that's who we go to when we have health problems.

That's cause I was a tard and let it expire, and then had to wait 45 days for enom to let go of it, then after I reregistered it, I never did anything with it. tanklin.com works, and it's got a little content, and bigperm.net doesn't have any content, but that's mine also.

Describe it a bit more... Could be patellofemoral pain syndrome. Thats what I have. I need to go to Physical therapy every week now. I can help you, just describe it... BTW, what happens in PFP, the tendon on your kneecap is getting pulled one way cuz one muscle on one side is stronger than the other one on the other side, so your kneecap isnt straight and when the knee is moving, it moves around weirdly so it hurts. Try sitting, then straightening, bending, straighten, bend. with your hand on the kneecap Tell me if your knee feels like its popping every time.

I suggest you go for an x-ray, there may be a crack somewhere! Or if you play sports try to do some rotation, if it hurts then it's definitely an injury.

About 6 years ago I had *horrible* pain in my knees. It started out only happening when I ran/jumped. Eventaually it worked up to the point where they hurt when I walked / touched them.

In short they stuck this needle that must have been 6 inches long under my kneecap and drew out some of the most disgusting "fluid" I had seen in my life!

Mine never popped though, it was just always sore/inflamed all the way around it.

Hopefully you don' thave to have that done!

Just don't put off something minor and let it turn major.

Yes, but I didn't know he had it.

Now I have something in common with him besides these Hanes...

    Easier said than done.

I put up with a few years of knee pain in the Army, knowing that when I did front up to a Doctor with it I'd never play Rugby again. Ironically a game of volleyball finally did it...and now I suffer from daily pain (Chondromalacia).

Knees are one thing I would recommmend anyone to look after.

    Cheers

Damn...I have knee problems myself. When I run or jump, sometimes my knee may start to hurt. Just a bit though, and it's not enough to make me stop running altogether, but it certainly makes it tougher.
