I did a search on www.oc-clan.net for the hell of it...I found this:

Apperently someone on this forum added my site to that list and I used to get asian's requesting hosting everyday.

Actually, a search revealed that 9 foreign sites were linking to my site and email just so people can ask for hosting.

I recommend you put a rule on your main page that says "English Sites Only", and then when a foreigner tries to sign up, reply with a simple: "Go read the ----in rules before you jump all over my hosting."

And I can't access that site, BTW. China has blocked Cached pages.

Hehe...China is probably the most efficient country in the world when it comes to blocking proxies.

I did. It said only for clan sites.
