Hi,

I was busy these days, but when i was on work, i got an idea of a simple design which could be made in 2-3 hours, and i made it.

Put that banner ad up in the header in place of the "Where every Expert Resides" quote. Also, maybe it would be better with only 1 banner ad.

hehe. They are not paid, i don't get paid for putting that banners. I am just helping those companies. Well i will remove one.

Good looking front page.
Your site has a problem that a lot of sites have. The font is tiny. (I'm using Netscape on a Mac). No, I mean really tiny, I need to increase my font size 3 or 4 times to get it a decent size. It probably has to do with Netscape because the same problem is why I don't participate in Excite.com polls, their font is just as small as yours.
