Hey,

I was looking for a good, cheap registrar that would reserve a site under the TLD .IT.

i tried emailing 10 registrars to see if they would, but only 2 have replied, which tells me something about their service......

Local company or contact is not required, but you must have an EU based office. Multiple domains allowed with a VAT number.
