The best affiliate program network?

I've tried Commission Junction http://www.cj.com, Linkshare http://www.linkshare.com and Clicktrade http://www.clicktrade.com. I beleive CJ is the best of those.

Any other networks for CPA programs you would suggest? Which network do you think is the best?

From these three I'm sure CJ is the best one also the most choice of merchants. But for me the best there is that all earnings are togheter, so if you have e.g. 3 merchants and you earn for each 18$ this month, you are paid immediate. You don't need to wait till you earn enough per merchant.
This is very good if you have a programma that don't run well, you can cancel it without lossing you earnings.

Also one good advice : don't trust linkshare !

Whats wrong with linkshare? Ive gotten hundreds of dollars worth of payments from their programs.

CJ.com is easily the best and i also have heard bad things about Linkshare but i have not tried them personally.
