Image Hotlinking for boards, etc.

I will offer some free space for image hotlinking, for message boards and such, if anyone is intrested.

-I can offer around 1mb or more with enough transfer.
-No limits will be set on file size, transfer, or space but I strictly moniter usage. Any misusing of the service will get your images deleted super-fast. However, if you are just hosting avatars and such you should never encounter problems

None that I know of that would require registration and stuff. The way I have been doing this is simply uploading the images myself, and that hasnt been a problem (I host a few people already) since I am online at least 4 hours a day if not more.

I wrote a basic one two months ago or so.. it's not that much work.
It's account based, limits the amount of disk space per account and also tracks usage of each individual image and will 'suspend' an account if it goes over a daily/monthly limit and will keep track of referers which would be helpful in tracking multiple accounts for hotlinking on the same site.
It was meant to let people hotlink images on their blog primarily but in the end I just went with the temporary fix of giving them an ftp account because I didn't have enough time then to field test the whole thing.
If you need some help on implementing specific parts I'll be happy to give some help or code snippets
