Free hosting offer... would you take it up?

I may offer free hosting, so tell me whether you would take me up on this deal:

ONLY A PROPOSED DEAL! REPLY IF YOU WOULD TAKE IT IF I OFFERED IT! DO NOT EMAIL ME WITH QUESTIONS FOR IT!

Price: FREE (No strings attached, promise. Ya'll know me. I used to be one of you, a free hostee.)

Space: 75-100 MB (Depending on how much space I can afford and how many signups)

Data Transfer: 2/3 GB (probably more, this is just temporary figure)

Features: PHP, CGI (No resource intensive programs, please), Perl, MySQL, Domain Hosting, Basically anything you want, I'll do. I have no limits

Support: Expect Answers within 2/3 days, unless other people help you in the forum (hey, it's free, and Im one person)

Ads: Banner on every page(above the fold). Or you can have a popup/under on the index only, and a text link on every page(easier to incorporate). Sorry for the ads, I hate them too but I need to have them on here to make some money, you know?

MINIMUM REQUIRED UNIQUES: I hate to do this, but I cant have people just randomly joining. This will be more of a closely knitted community than a big free host. I need AT LEAST 1,500 Uniques a month. More will get your application more likely to make it in. More uniques will also mean better features.

Rules: No Warez, Porn, or anything that can be deemed illegal or offensive. Dont hide the ads, you will be deleted. You make A LOT less than the required hits, you will be deleted. (a little less is okya, just do better next month)

So would you do this offer? Let me know, and I'll offer it as soon as I see people actually like it!

This sounds like a great offer for a personal site with some downloads.

1500 visitors a month is way too much to ask for personal sites that may be good for buisness sites
the ads is another issue way too much
its just my opinion but i think it will be better if youll let the user choose between popup/user placeable banner and not a huge banner

What else did I do? I asked for a BANNER (put it anywhere you want). Its not huge. its standard banner size. And my other option was popup/under. I never said it had to be a personal site, did I?

PLEASE POST IF YOU WOULD ACTUALLY USE IT! I KNOW ITS A NICE OFFER, BUT FIRST I NEED TO KNOW IF ANYONE WOULD ACTUALLY USE IT!

Also, the higher your hits are, the more space you get. You can also request more space/transfer if you need it, so it works fine for businesses. (Businesses I would recommend the one popup on the index)

I don't think you need any info for this because everyone would like it since it is free.

My Free Hosting has way less specs that yours, I still have users to sign up.

Users will always signup for anything that is free, but if they stay is hardly doubted.

Being admin of section4.net i have seen people come and go. Quite fascinating really.

Yes Plus Paid Hosting too because customers see a better deal elsewhere.

No, but if I were the customers that have 1500 hits per month, I don't even have to consider it. I would go sign up right away because it is Free. However, if it is a paid host, I would first think about it, do some research about the hosts, review other users' opinions, etc.

Hello, i wish to apply for your Hosting my site is in Spanish, but in 2 days online 75 Hits

I actualy have 27 Dowloads in my web page for my users but not on your server hehehe.

Well, if you can gime hosting i will apreciated.

*Note: The unique reason for me to change Server is because the server is not at least 90% Uptime. www.mtx.xp8.com

75 Unique hits or 75 page views? for all I know 2 people came to your site, refreshed a bunch of times, and clicked on your 20 downloads.

Unique Hits the counter is only in the Index.html and then /site/ is PHP-Nuke Powered Site...
