is there free webspace that offers what i need ?

hi

i´m looking for free webspace that offers the following thing:

space: 3-5mb
full php 3/4 support
must accept rar files (very small, most are just 10-20kb)
fast
ftp access
no banners, watermarks etc.

i´m trying to find this kind of webspace for ages. finally i got one, but its down very often. i need it to upload my personal site with selfcodet tools. all of my software is free to use, and this means i don´t get a single cent for it. thats why i need free webspace.
if anyone knows a good hoster that offers what i´m looking for, or someone can host my site for free, plz answer here. thx.

eh? Allowee, I'm sure real_seeker meant that he or she wants either PHP 3 scripting support or PHP4 support.

yes i mean no save mode. because i need to make file operations with my scripts (e.g fpr guestbook counter etc.)

can you name a host who does?

hehe...because im looking for a FREE host, i dont care if its php3 or php4 support, i can make my scripts running under php3

Huh? Thank you for your question...No.. I don't intend to survey or investigate on a host who works with PHP3, I was just saying that real_seeker requested freehosting where one would provide PHP3/4 support.

as you can see the counter shows only about 400 ppl. but there was over 10.000 users on my site yet. but when the server goes down, my counter crash and resets the number of users
traffic ? hmm...good quesion. the tools arent really big. (together 225kb atm - 8 tools) so i think the traffic wont be that high.
