Which server software will you be using? Apache, PWS or IIS? (Apache is available for Windoze too.)

Must mean that he is using a redirection 2nd level domain email (wargazm.com) to go to his normal email and it must be down.
Also, the PM system on the site wasn't working properly so he is going to use something else now.
