They don't answer support questions regarding paid accounts in their forums, you'll need to email support@ or whatever other contract address they gave you.
Infact, if you just deleted the nameservers from your control panel and were already using your domain it will still be resolving to your site. Go to http://dnsreport.com enter you domain and it'll give you the nameservers that it's currently pointing to.
