Seen it before, read the fine print below with the examples of how much it costs... haven't checked in some time, but I'm guessing it is the same...
Slightly related - but off topic also - there is a domain name scam getting spammed around right now that sounds like a good deal: Domains for $1.95 per year.
When you read the fine print (it's buried deep in the site), you'll see that the registrar keeps control of the admin, billing, and tech contacts, and that you have to host your website through them.
What sounds like a good deal can turn into a headache. Always read the fine print. Email the company if necessary. Don't get ripped off.
