I need a host for an art site

I am in need of a host for an art web site. I belive this is an important fact to mention, i'll explain in a bit

I am looking for:

-250 Megs of space (or more)
-10 Gigs of bandwidth (again, more is good)
-Dreamweaver support
-support for a phpbb based forum
-host must have been in business for more than 1 year
-about $10 a month (willing to go up to $15) or about $60 for a yearly fee

I mention that it's an art site becasue there is a (small) possiblilty that visitors may max out my bandwidth if they view alot of pics.

So I would also like to know what a/your host will do if this occurs. Do i get charged more, does the site get shut down until the end of the month, ect.

I think most hosts will just charge for each extra GB you go over, so check out their site to see if they have that availability.

I just got hosting at: HostRelief.com <<Mod edit/Removed referral link>> and have had no problems since joining, and they seem to meet all your requirements... except I don't know how long they have been in business for.

They haven't been around very long at all and it is the first I have heard of them. I can't believe you signed up for a host without doing some research first. Or did they give you a good deal so you post your referral ID? I can assure you, no forums will tolerate that
