[PHP] I need help to customisate my phpBB forum

Hello every body, i need some help to customisate my phpBB forum. I only want to change some colors, and add my header. My header is an image with a java script navigation bar. You can see it in my site www.webmastersdesk.com
Basicaly i want my forum look like this:
http://www.webmastersdesk.com/images/forum.jpg
Then other details like change the background color, the tables color, etc. But thats not necesary.
Can any of you help for free?. I can give some good links back.
