    what exactly do you mean?
"I do have the college level schooling, experience, and a flat out gut feel for the physical world that far surpasses the general population, and a large percentage of the posters in this thread."

    Wink

Are you asking what's the "best" forum software to use on a free host, or which host is best to have a free forum?

I think you should be asking "What's the correct way to construct a sentence?"...or something like that.

Heh, we aren't really asses, but sometimes it's fun.

The problem was, for me at least, what you meant. You want free forum software, okay, that's good. But then you said except invision and phpbb. Well, those are probably the only two that would be reccomended to you. So were you interested in free forum software OTHER THAN phpbb and invision? Well, there are a few. I don't really know any well, but I'm sure there are some threads floating around. Search for "invision" and "phpbb". Bound to find some alternative boards out there.

I've used like everything, and out of the free ones, invision is best. I didnt like XMB much, there is a lack of features for it. phpBB is alright, but i like ib over it.
