    Go into safe mode.

    1) Start > Run > Type in msconfig > hit enter. Remove anything suspect.
    2) Start > Type in regedit > hit enter. Export registry as a backup. Search registry for anything associated with this and delete their keys.
    3) Go delete it's folders.
    4) Reboot

Try using ad-aware. they have a trial version that removes things like that.

Once you have regedit up, click file > export (check the all keys part) > name it, put on your desktop.

Dont use IE, and you should have less of a chance of getting hijacked.
