how can i take my data back from hosting company

i use fulldownload.net for my phpbb forums, since this monday
it suddenly close without any notice

i think my data still in the server but i can't use my password
login, anyway is there any possible take my data back form
the web hosting company? what cani do? anyone had this experience before? pls help me
