I really like the design - the green colours are very cool.

I do have a few suggestions tho:

> The banner is bland and doesn't fit into your overall design. I recommend a better pic with CELTIC text because that would fit your theme.

> Change the small pics next to the forums. You can do better than that! They themselves don't tell you much.
( The New posts No new posts Forum is locked images)

> Make new buttons, ya know the ones - profile, pm, email, etc. The default ones make it look a little amateurish.
