A Top of the Line free host

i dont know if it is possible, but i am looking for a host that offers atleast some of this stuff for free...

500mb - unlimited (unmetered) space
7 - 10mb file size limit
as much bandwidth as possible
ads are not that big of a deal to me
Cpanel if possible
FTP Upload
allows uni.cc domains
file storage would be better, but i can host my site there too

i know it seems impossible to get this stuff, but hey, i need it and i'm tryin to get it

I doubt you can get that for free, especially the file size limit and space. It would help if you tell us what you are using that for.

i know that they are somewhat illegal, but that is only if you don't have a disclaimer for them, which i do have
