vB 2.0. I like it.
It obviously needs a little more customizing, though. I don't think the "vBulletin Instant Community" graphic fits in quite right.
About the only feature missing is a spell check.

Yeah, I don't think people will abuse it. MOST are somewhat responsible.

This board has some nice features, but i prefered the simplicity and un clutteredness of the last board.
