GOOD FREE Webhost Needed

I know this probably has been asked a billion times before... but... I need a good FREE host that offers the followig:

• at least 100mb of space
• unlimited bandwidth (or at least 10gb a month)
• php & MySQL
• FTP accounts
• POP3 email accounts
• cPanel
• NO ADS!!!

So... can someone please help me out and give me some hosts? I have a website and forum that needs hosting. I am currently hosted by a friend who pays for hosting. But he want to make me pay him or he may put ads on my site. I really dont want ads. A small text link at the bottom of each page may be fine. But... my forum has over 180 members and I want to have my own host so I have control over it and no ads. Thanks a BUNCH to those who help!

Of course there is. I've seen it.

But... I dont want ------------ because you dont have FTP... and I can install mods.

So thats my im looking for a website host... to host my website and forums.

Do you have any idea how much data transfer is 10 GB? For a forum
community, that is enough data transfer to handle several thousand
members!

Well actually I know a forum that's bandwidth hits
30GB. There are only 40 active members, though.
Unlimited bandwidth??? No such thing??? It's data
transfer. Space yes, but bandwidth......What
do you need hosting for?? I mean what's the site about??

Well... its a forum and a website. We offer services for forums. We have a database of mods, skins, and graphics growing so I needed the bandwidth. But I think I found a good host. advantagehost.co.uk is a lil slow. But feel free to suggest more hosts!

here's a suggestion, get a job and pay for your hosting. That's alot of bandwidth to request freely
