Hosting solution and php questions.

Good afternoon, i'm looking for a free hosting solution to help in the realisation of my website.

Currently my domain (toxicorange.co.uk) is sitting quite nicely on a freepgs.com domain but I am looking to be able to run 1 phpbb and 1 x portal for my website. I am creating a clubbers hub for the Midlands UK. This will eventually become a site where Dj's, music producers, visualists and other artistic and creative folk can promote themselves, their club nights and their venues.

I estimate I will require around 250-300 meg of webspace with the ability to run 2-3 spq databases. I apologise if this seems a little vague, but I am new to php scripting so any assistance or auto installation packages would make it all the easier.

I'm considering webmail (hosted through bigmailbox) as an added option but all traffic through that will be with them and not through the hosters available bandwidth.
