New host with CGI, SSI, PHP, etc.

I found this new host while looking around, and it looks pretty good. They have CGI, SSI, and PHP3 (yeah, PHP3, a bit backwards), and also "unlimited" space and traffic. The address is: http://www.heha.net/english/

Well, the signups hv been down for ages... plus, their speed is pretty bad I'd say

Also, they put ads and stuff on pages... at least thats what it was like when I used my account there

Can't really say that's a new host - it's been mentioned before, and it's been around for a while. They're extremely slow, and they put popups on all your pages... and they're a Cantonese company. (Based in Hong Kong)

And they weren't accepting new signups for a long time too.
