I plan to buy maybe in september or october. I already have a semi-dedicated server with 6GB space and 160GB bandwidth. So I'm more or less looking for a "toy" server or testbed with the following:

500mb space
10GB bandwidth
php/perl/mysql support
Multi-domain(I plan to host some others)
About $5/month.

In addition I need these settings in php.ini:

Safe Mode is off(I hate this thing)
Magicquote is on(for scripting and security purposes)
Get the freakin session paths right(basically must be linux or freebsd server)

Archbob - Safemode is off, Magic Quotes is on (i believe, you can take a look at a phpinfo page) and it's a unix server.
