The links to porn sites will just be normal porn sites, but I did say in my topic my site will be linking to mp3 sites and porn sites so if you can't host me with that then you can't host me.

The porn links won't be anything like child porn or stuff like that, there be normal porn sites, I'd post a link but i don't think i am allowed on here, but there be normal pay porn sites that will only be on the site as affilitates, the site won't actually have any pornnographic images on it, only links to sites, no porn images will be hosted on the server.

As for the mp3 links, i knew that would be the real tricky part, as i say, they are only off site links and not actual links to the mp3's, just sites where you can get them.

BlackCatNetworks provide some of my bandwidth. I own and maintain all of my servers. As they are UK based, its more expensive. If you knew anything, and done the basic math, you would soon come to the conclusion that the fees I charge are slightly cheaper than the average UK host.

I understand the hosting industry very well.

I only just found this site, original intent was to find people looking for free accounts.

Ok, thnx man...I'm gonna be picky about it anyway as i want the host to know everything the site will have and be clear on it before anything as i dont wanna get the site up then they say so and so isnt allowed and delete my site or something, which is why i am being honest from the off, but i also know it's difficult to find a host for this sorta thing but i thought a ----- host might allow it.

Your server traces to them and what is your site anyway, not in your profile which is very strange for someone that is experienced at hosting, the costs are not in question if you had read the rest of the posts too. Can you provide T&C's that allow the origional request - UK based servers also very seldom do due to DC regulations and standard legal conditions. Also since you choose UK servers do you on the site we have still to see comply with the distance selling regulations.


We like to take care rather than have complaints so be up front.

Since I include relevant links in each of my posts and having your site in your profile doesn't show on your posts, whats the point? (Don't bother to answer)

I am not charging more. Since no other posters to this thread included a price, your comment was directly targetted at me. I am simply defending myself from your false accusation.

My server traces to them since I colocate my servers in their rack, they own the IP space. However, the machines I host on are my own, BlackCat simple provide the rack space and bandwidth. Their site design does not reflect upon the quality of service which either Real-Hosts or BlackCatNetworks provide.

Providing all content on our server is legal under UK Law, it is allowed. Precise TOS and AUP agreements are given to customers once they have contacted us via email.

Since the thread starter has already said that my price is not within his budget, and he is looking for someone else, why don't we leave this thread alone and stop going off topic?

Trying to assist a buyer is not off topic, the quote is not aimed at you but all those that jump on a bandwagon of charging more and hoping their DC doesn't notice.

As for UK law, you still have a bit to learn as your site does not comply with the distance selling regulations, therefor you are actually trading illegally.

Time to listen rather than think your smarter than everyone else.

Maybe actually taking hints would be your best move.
