I'm looking for between 50 - 100mbs of space, PHP, bare minimum of 5 MySQL dbs, ability to have custom error pages, CGI, FTP access, cPanel, fantastico (prefered but not nessisary), ability to use favicon.ico, subdomain ability (preferably to be able to add a subdomain on a subdomain... ie: subdomain.username.domain.com) and roughly 500 - 600mbs of bandwith.

I've checked them already...each have only part of what I'm looking for...but not all that I'd require for my sites to work properly. For example, 100webspace.com is nice and all, but I need more than 1 MySQL database (I have a few guestbooks, a helpdesk and forums...all which each individually need a MySQL database to function...1 db isn't going to cover it and I don't think I'm allowed to have more than one account there).

you don't need a database for each script, use a prefix for each script

I only know what I know...each script asks me to make a different MySQL database for each one...

No...just tells me to give the MySQL database a name
