    zoneedit help

alright zoneedit is really making me mad. I had it all setup and tried webforward and it didn't forward! and how do I setup domain names on it. It adds them but it also keeps it's own domain names. I just get a construction page on my website www.urstuff.net. So very confusing. I got the MX records in it but thats all. please help(mydomain doesn't seem to great either).

Alright right after I sent this message I tried my site and it forwards to it. BUT how do I set domain names on zoneedit??

Can you give me an exact example what you try? Today I reconfigured my account and it worked within minutes.

What do you mean with setup domains?

You have to choose "add zones", which is your domain-name and within each zone you can setup subdomains and email-forwards.

I added the zone but instead of using webforward which I'm using now can I instead use domain names?

    Example:

You own the domain a.com, therefore you add a zone a.com

Then you *need* a webspace (url) somewhere, let's say the webspace is at b.com or members.b.com or whatever

With webforward you define if someone calls a.com he is redirected to b.com

You also can define there, that test.a.com is forwarded to c.com

Similar with mail-forward. But I don't know how to setup mx-records that mails work with subdomains. For a mailforward from anything@a.com to another email-adress you don't have nothing to do, but for anything@test.a.com you have to setup mx-records.
