What do you expect from a host?

It is hard to buy hosting today, you don't know if they are real companies or not. Below is a comment form on what you think hosting should be, http://comments.webmediaspecialties.com . I will be evaluating the forms and sending them to any webhost that cares to see the results. Please post any suggestions on in this thread to improve the form.
