Cheap Registrars with a good CP

are there any cheap registrars (below $10) taht offer a good control panel for multiple domains. say i register/transfer 5 domains with them be able to manage all the domains without logining in and out for each domain

I've been using RegisterFly with about 8 domains and their central control panel is nice. The site is a little slow at times.

yeah thats what attracted me was the price and the control panel.
