To get the 400mb and 600mb diskspace packages, you need to have a top level domain name.

yes, that is the plan, though for subdomain you can get a pretty good package also, 300mb space and 8GB of bandwidth for 10 post a month is a pretty good deal.

We have tweaked the system a little bit. We understand that some clients cannot afford to spend time before having an account because they need urgent hosting. So, in order to resolve that, we came up with a new system.

It is still pay by post, but, you can signup for an account, and then post your initial requirements, you shall have 3 days from the day your account is created to get the required INITIAL posts based on your package. This give you time to setup your account and then post, you can even post while waiting for your application to be reviewed!
