.com.ru Help Required

Hey. I wanted to register a free .com.ru domain. I have tried dnsau.ru and some other websites. I have given then all details but no replies. I have read some of the topics here and tried registering using RIPN.net. i have sent lots of emails and everytime i get some errors.

Can someone help me to register a NIC handle . I wanted to register some domains. I can give u any information about me.

Are you sure you firstly parked the domain? if you didn't then the application will not grant just like my one last time.

no i dun even have a NIC handle to register a .com.ru domain. First i need a handle , can someone register a handle for me Lol.....

here is the template i submitted to ru-dns@ripn.net. Can someone figure out what is the error in it... I tried like HELL.. Any kind soul please help me here....
