Looking for a very simple, yet reliable subdomain hosting.

Requirements:

20-50MB+ storage. 500MB-1GB+ monthly bandwidth. Doesn't need PHP/MySQL or even all the major features. Preferrably usage of FTP. No ads/banners. High uptime, very reliable and perhaps a long history of company. Subdomain hosting! (whatever.(something cool, but not too long).com/net/etc). No file restrictions (or at least nothing less than 10MB uploading). And no have-to-post-on-forum to keep site or anything similar like that.

What I am looking for is very simple. I don't want any of the fancy features, although they are always welcomed. I already have another website of my own which I basically have it as a file storage/image hoster/etc, but I just need a place to host my index.htm/main.htm for different reasons as well as some other small miscellaneous pages. I know there are many hosts out there offering free webspace, but I just need a good reliable one (so it doesn't change or go down all the time). I want subdomain hosting so I have an easier URL to remember. Being one of the reasons is that I want to conceal my other website and just have it as file storage, but also use site for the actual "main" page. I don't like the idea of transferring/redirecting URLs either. A host with a cool subdomain (short, too) would be the best way to go! So, anyone know of any hosts that meet my requirements? Thanks.
