Need reliable host... =)

Hi..

I wish to find a reliable host for my website... my previous host provided me hosting with good features (php, nice bandwidth, subdomain etc). But after hosting for 9 months, his a/c was terminated... No choice i have to find a new reliable host now...

I'm hoping to have:
- Subdomain
- php , mySQL (1 or 2 is enuff)
- No forced ads (however, i will gladly put a small banner on my frontpage)
- Roughly more than 10 mb
- FTP (preferred) or browser upload
- Bandwidth (500mb or more)
