Looking for hosting for a small photoblog

I'm looking for a small hosting account for my photoblog. I will be running a script called Pixelpost (www.pixelpost.org), and what I'm looking for is something like this:

- Apache
- PHP 4.3.0 or higher
- MySQL 3.23.58 or higher
- installed GD-lib
- 25-50 MB disk space
- 1GB transfer
- no ads

I know that it might be hard wothout ads, but I was just wondering if there is any service out there that would fit the bill.
