Looking for a host

Hello,

I am looking for an account with cPanel and SSH for a user.

Requirement of disk space: 500-1000MB
Requirement of bandwidth: 75GB-100GB per month

Looking for a low price, the server has to be stable a number of hosts have been tried out anonymously, one had a CPU level of 89 earlier today and is always around 4. Totally unexceptable
