I am going to make a website for a small gaming clan, that will use PHP Nuke. Now while it would be ideal to have CPANEL and Fantastico for the one click install I know that these things don't come for free easily thus my requirements are something along the lines of:

100-200 mb Space
500+ mb Bandwith
PHP & MySQL
No Forum Posting

As for ads I don't really care although I would prefer not to have popups or popunders. If anyone can offer this I would be much obliged.

Oh sorry it seems as though I have left out another piece of vital information. The site has not yet been created as I do not have Apache on my computer and thus cannot test my PHP Nuke. Therefore I currently have 0 visitors and even after creating the site it will take some time to expand. The high bandwith requirements are for planned gameplay footage movies.
