My Big and long quest for a host...

Oew, long time that I posted on the forums .
Well the last three years I've seen many hosts, too many . Hosts have risen up and went down, and the most of them who give/gave the splendid and still in the mode packages ( hey I want 300TB disk space and 500gig bandwith ,etc...) , went down. But then the I wanna post for a host came up, that changed some stuff, but still some are going down. The last good host I had back in the times was Breezeland (anyone remembers this one? ). Well I've done some research and the conclusion is that some hosts with instant activation scripts even don't process some applys (hm, 90megs.com ).
Now I'm searching for a host (and plz god give me a good one.) and I want to hear from some of you people what ur thinking of the hosts at the moment that provides you with good plans and without ads (hm I think that will bring me to post for hosting..)

What I search is something like this:
100mb or + (if it is possible)
more than 3-4gig bandwith
No ads (but I can provide u a text link in the links or/and partner page, which will be bolded text)
Cpanel
Fantastico
Php & Mysql (if it is possible more than one database)
Fast servers
And if it can a host that is online for a time (cauz I don't want to be a bunnyhopperhostingapplyer anymore) with good uptime.
And plz not a host which requires to many posts at the forum (Cause I want to get my project online soon...)

!!!At the other hand I'd would like to make a deal with a hosting company that fullfills the requests above..
If u can give me such hosting and process it here with pm and buy a .com or .net or .be domain (for longer than one year!) I would place a banner (no google ads!) on my main site that link's to your company site/forum for a time ( After the period of time, your link will remain in the partner or links section, so you will remain reciving visitors )
note: I have enough money to buy a domain but I don't have the methods to transfer the money, that's why the request for the domain and like 10$ or a little more a year is not much.

The projects aren't online (I would like to put it online on your server with a domain) (but I have another website http://www.webhouse.goedbegin.com , a startpage site, in dutch) that didn't went long ago online and the statistics are:
Unieke bezoekers vandaag: 95
Unieke bezoekers Totaal: 29822
Totaal bezoekers vandaag: 157
Totaal bezoekers: 129566

So the unique visitors are there 100 a day (that will rise when I will seo that site and make some partners)
And the total visitors in some days are: 129566

I can assure if I place a banner for a time (In exchange for the domain) on the main page and after that time that I place a bolded text link in the partner site that you will recive traffic to your site or company.

Ok, Let's say 3 months, beginning from when my site is fully up and running and ready for the public and when I have submitted my site to the search engines, So it will be something like plus minus four months. I will host my site with you, with the free plan. It can be good that I will maybe later upgrade to a paid plan if I have gathered some profits from the site. After I registered my hosting I will give you my details of my account and my information needed for the registering of the domain name and I will give the name of the domain also, so the domain will be on my name. I will pm the details through this forum...
