Hosting Required for New Dating Service

Hello,

I am currently looking for a free hosting provider or sponser to host a new totally free non profit dating service.

This new dating service will provide a free professional service so that people (who are able to speak english) will be able to find a date online without paying extorionate prices just to speak to the person who could be there soul mate!

Requirements:
100MB Space (This could grow to a GB or more depending on sites success)
1Gb Bandwidth (This could grow to more than 10GB or more depending on sites success)
Latest PHP Support
10 MYSQL Databases
99.99% Uptime
Cpanel
Email Accounts
Domain Support (i dont have a domain yet but im offering adspace in return for one)

I know its alot to ask for only ad space but im hoping someone will be able to meet these requirements. If the site is successfull you will at least know your ad is getting seen alot of times.

A nice extra would be a free hosting company that has been around sometime just so i dont lose all my customers profiles and information a month after its launch.

well...i cant help you but i would just say that you would need much more then 1gb...my site that dosnt get alot of traffic used 1gb in 12 days,a dating site would use ALOT more then that
