My Google skills lead me to believe yes. If so, it's a proxy issue on their end.
Also, since there is a couple of misspellings in the quote, I'd tend to believe it's an isolated issue stemming from a certain source (i.e. your ISP).

From what I've "heard" there's not much you can do. It's an issue with their caching/proxy server. You could try calling them, but I don't know how much good that would do.
